The Goodwill Agency Team Joined the International Workshop "Human Capital for Ukraine’s Recovery"
‍The Goodwill Agency team took part in the international workshop "Human Capital for Ukraine’s Recovery," held at Polissia National University.
The event served as a platform to discuss one of today’s most pressing challenges—how to provide Ukrainian communities with the human capital needed for effective recovery and sustainable development.
The discussion brought together experts from the United States, the European Union, and Ukraine, including researchers, business leaders, representatives of civil society organizations, and local government officials.Goodwill Director Illias Akhmetov highlighted several key issues:current demographic challenges;the potential for mobilizing workforce resources to support post-war reconstruction;the importance of supporting young people, internally displaced persons (IDPs), and Ukrainians returning from abroad.For our team, these topics are especially important, as they are at the core of the work we carry out with communities every day.Goodwill Agency was proud to co-organize the event together with the Center for Strategic Research and Advisory NGO and the Endspiel NGO.
We believe that events like this represent another important step toward building a resilient and prosperous Ukraine.
