We were delighted to take part in organizing and hosting the awards ceremony for the finalists of the Mind&Business Challenge student business ideas and startup competition, which took place on February 12 in Zhytomyr. It was especially rewarding for our team that the final stage of the competition and the awards ceremony for the young innovators were held at the Goodwill Agency.
Mind&Business Challenge is an educational and business initiative designed to support ambitious young people, foster entrepreneurial thinking, and develop practical startup creation skills.Throughout the program, participants worked with design thinking methodologies, Lean Startup principles, and digital business tools. They also received mentoring, expert guidance, and practical insights into securing both national and international funding opportunities. The competition was organized by Goodwill Agency, the Center for Strategic Research and Advisory NGO, and the Endspiel NGO.
Together, we created an environment where student initiatives received not only professional evaluation from the jury but also real opportunities for further development and implementation. At Goodwill Agency, we consistently implement educational, mentoring, entrepreneurial, and socially oriented projects for young people. That is why it is important for us to provide a platform where students can present their ideas, receive professional feedback, and take the first steps toward bringing their initiatives to life. The finalists represented a wide range of fields, including law, psychology, entrepreneurship, public administration, and the creative industries.Among the finalist projects were:Social Impact LegalTech Startup "Ad Acta""Territory of Recovery" – an art space for psychological recovery"FOP Assistant" – a team project supporting individual entrepreneursA startup development initiative for territorial communitiesNailery – a creative startup"AutoKrai" – an innovative O2O business model for automotive servicesAURA – a youth space for emotional developmentEach of these projects combines innovation, social impact, and a strong focus on addressing the real needs of young people and local communities. What makes this competition particularly inspiring is that all finalists and winners are students who successfully combine their academic studies with the development of their own business ideas and socially impactful startups.Student teams from Polissia National University and the Interregional Academy of Personnel Management (IAPM) participated in the competition, once again demonstrating the tremendous innovative potential of young people as a driving force for regional development. For us, it is essential that the Mind&Business Challenge does not end with the awards ceremony.
The most promising projects continue to receive mentoring, grant application support, and assistance in attracting both national and international funding. We firmly believe that supporting student entrepreneurship and startup development is an integral part of modern youth policy and community recovery.Goodwill Agency will continue to support initiatives that unlock young people's potential and empower them to become active creators of positive change.
